Has 3 sections.

First, it will come with an introduction.

1.The introduction section of plan defines why the plan has been used and why the requirements are important to manage.

2.The second section gives an overview of the requirement management it defines who is responsible for performing the activities in and processing workflows for the requirements. Discussing reporting tools, procedures, and processes that will be used during the project so that each requirement can be managed.

3.The third section titled requirements management. This section will discuss constraints and or assumptions that are to be noted when defining requirements, describe and define the requirements that are going to be managed, traceability, workflow and activities, and change management.

There is the requirement to migrate the existing server from Windows XP before the University remove support at the end of 2012

Scope
To enable Optima, MeterRing, and Dynamat to continue running as at present on a supported IS Apps infrastructure. Out of Scope

Any enhancements to the systems (Scope is only to include what there is on a supported IS Apps infrastructure).

Deliverables

• Deliver MeterRing and Dynamat to an IS Apps managed supported infrastructure  
• Ensure that OPTIMA can continue to Send and Receive data on the new/changed server

Benefits

• That the systems will now be run in a secure and supported IS Apps infrastructure.
•  Automatic backups.

Success Criteria

• That the energy recording systems continue to function as at present.
